My stay at Albabenshal Lodge Siwa was unforgettable! The location was central, making it easy to explore the town. The staff were warm and accommodating, making us feel like family. The authentic and clean room added to the charm of the experience. The breakfast was generous and delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for a unique and rustic stay.
There were a few drawbacks. The toilet had issues and would only work for a few minutes each day.

This hotel surpassed my expectations. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, making my stay truly enjoyable. The rooftop terrace provided a breathtaking view and was the perfect location for all my meals. The dinner served at the hotel was the best food I had in this city and was offered at a great price. Additionally, the hotel's cleanliness and facilities were top-notch, and the central location made it convenient to explore the shops and restaurants in town.
Could not be improved in any way.

We got great value for our money at the hotel. The room was comfortable and had a charming style that fit the place perfectly. The central location made it convenient for exploring Siwa, and the staff at Albabenshal Lodge were friendly and always ready to help.
The breakfast option could have been improved by offering a wider variety of choices.

Yummy traditional food, enjoyed with a "lovely" view of the 13th-century ruins. Had a nice drive to historical sites nearby. Packed lunches for the win!
Oh, the beds. didn't know sleeping on concrete slabs was in style.

The triple room at Albabenshal Lodge Siwa was incredibly spacious, with plenty of room for our family of four. The private entrance gave us a sense of privacy and independence during our stay. The parquet floors added a cozy and elegant touch to the room. We loved the terrace with its stunning city views, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning. The private bathroom with its walk-in shower provided convenience and comfort. The small seating area in the room was a nice spot to relax and unwind. The fan in the room kept us cool and comfortable throughout our stay. Having a telephone in the room was handy for any necessary calls. Some rooms even come with a balcony, giving guests the opportunity to enjoy the fresh air and beautiful surroundings. The availability of satellite TV in some rooms was a great perk for entertainment options.
Personally, we would have preferred a bath instead of just a walk-in shower.

I recently stayed at a unique and charming lodge in Siwa that exceeded all my expectations. The location was ideal, close to everything, and the hospitality provided by Uncle Salama and his kid was exceptional. The rooftop atmosphere was incredible, offering a peaceful and relaxing environment. I particularly loved the traditional lighting both inside and outside the room. The staff was welcoming and fluent in English, making communication easy. They even served breakfast at any time of the day, and on our last day, they allowed us to use the room until our late bus departure. Additionally, they organized a memorable trip to the sand dunes and oasis with military permission. I highly recommend this lodge for a truly enjoyable stay.
I recommend this hotel.

Wow, what a great surprise! Staff was super friendly and helpful. They even greeted us with cold homemade lemonade, which was a nice touch. The view from the rooftop was amazing, you could see both the old and new parts of the city. The location was also perfect, right in the center of town with shops and restaurants nearby. And the breakfast was delicious, especially the fresh milk, my kids were so confused about whether to have it warm or cold!
The room was a bit hot at night, and the bathroom door didn't close or lock properly. But hey, that's what you get when you stay in a traditional building made of mud and palm trees.

The hotel staff helped us arrange a memorable trip where we rode camels and watched the breathtaking sunset over the oasis. It was an unforgettable experience for our family.
For dads, it would be great if there were some more organized activities specifically designed for children.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms had a rustic charm that added to the overall beauty of the place. Surprisingly, they stayed cool even without an air conditioner. The location was incredibly convenient, making it easy for me to explore the surroundings. The staff were amazing and hospitable, always going above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The food served at the hotel was excellent and the service was lovely. The breakfast provided was the best in town, offering a variety of delicious options. I had a great experience at this hotel, thanks to the cleanliness, hotel facilities, location and the friendly staff.
For us, this hotel was ideal and we didn't experience any negative aspects during our stay.

The restaurant offered delicious traditional specialties like One Thousand Leaf Fetir. I enjoyed exploring the nearby historical sites and the free public parking was a bonus.
Who needs locks on bathroom doors or cool rooms at night? Definitely not me!

The location of this budget stay is amazing, right in the heart of everything. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable, and the manager adds great value to your vacation. The room was cozy with good bed linen and Siwan rugs. The food was fresh and plentiful, and you can dine on the roofed upper terrace. The hot water was plentiful and the shower was good.
The stray dogs in the area can be a bit of a negative aspect, as seeing them looking for food in front of the hotel is not a positive image.

Located at the entrance of the old village, with amazing terraces. Welcoming staff, great English communication. Breakfast served anytime. Allowed late room usage at no extra charge. Organized military permission and ride to sand dunes and oasis. Highly recommendable.
